Shipping tends to be speedy and items are well-packaged! On one occasion where a fragile item broke, it was quickly replaced by the Mythical support team.

Shipping is always on time. And I love the mythical store. So many options to choose from.

The sweater is great and very comfortable. I think it’s slightly overpriced especially considering how long it took to get here. It took two months for this to come because my package got lost, I was then told my order would become a priority and be shipped again to me. Well it was definitely not a priority because I had to ask multiple times for new tracking information because I think again they messed up shipping the re-order. It just sucks to pay so much money to then not even get the product in the amount of time promised, and I did not get any refund or discount. What kind of customer service is that? This was my first time ordering from the Mythical shop and sadly it will be my last.

I ordered a lot in the past. Recently, I had to return the sweatshirt because its size was not standard, so it was too small for me. Then, I was told it was not returnable as it was on sale. It did not state clearly with the item on the site. Just very disappointed. Not ordering from the site anymore.
