If you do not need a signed survey then this is definitely the way to go. I have used them 4 times now. For the most part they have been very accurate.

At first I thought it was a scam because I received nothing by the time I was told it would be completed. But after six drafts I got exactly what I ordered plus two extra related site plans. The value is unbeatable.

I had a good experience with My Site Plan. I needed a preliminary plan to use for illustrative purposes in a preliminary presentation on development of a site and I needed it turned around in 48 hours. The drafter was very timely in getting things back to me and making changes I needed. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we were able to work through it and get the results in a timely fashion. I would recommend mysiteplan for this sort of thing anytime.
