Very easy to upload and edit photo. It’s tiny, but so classy looking. I was a little nervous that the picture wouldn’t be as clear as it was because of the size, however it exceeded my expectations! Looked great with the pearl necklace. Shipping was fast and loved the added touch of the hand written message!

On my latest order, I had an issue with one item, but their team responded the same day and immediately sent a replacement. The whole process was incredibly easy, which I really appreciated. I’ve also had some of my older pieces for quite a while now, and the quality hasn’t diminished at all, even with daily wear. That says a lot. Excellent products and customer service

The charms were perfect but the chain for the bracelet was the tiniest chain I’ve ever seen. I have very small wrists and it was tight on my wrist but unfortunately this was a gift for my mother in law and it didn’t fit her. We spent a couple hundred on this bracelet and it was such a bummer that it didn’t get to work out for her. I saw the extenders after seeing if anyone else noticed how small the bracelets are but it doesn’t match the chain and we wanted the bracelet to have a seamless look and the extender wasn’t going to give that. Really disappointed about it not working out!
