I don’t usually go out of my way to review supplements b/c most of them are overhyped & underdosed. MyQ Brain Food is different. It’s a clean & transparent formula that actually makes sense. No need for me to compute the prop. blend BS game here. This one was thoughtful. It does what it’s intended to do. If you’re looking for a stim-heavy “go crazy” product, this isn’t it. But if you care about real performance, it’s solid. Respect to anyone still doing things the right way.

I’ve waited awhile to write my review, but today is the day. I’ve been using this product since its birthday, and would preferably not go a day without it. It was out of stock for a while (iykyk), which turned into a cool experiment for me to track how my sleep, focus, and energy was without the product. Long story short, it wasn’t good without brain food. I now know without a doubt there is not a placebo effect, it actually works. It’s my #1 supplement, as a stay at home mom, business owner, home school mom, farmer, ect ect you get the point my life is busy. I don’t crash in the afternoon, I consume less caffeine, my cravings are minimal, and my sleep is as best as it can be during this stage of life. Thank you Justin for this product!
