I placed an order on 7/31/24, I've placed several orders over the last 3-4 years & my order always shipped within a day or two. This time after about a week I emailed them & they quickly responded that it takes 3-7 business days to process & get the order ready to ship. On the evening of 8/9/24, I received a text from an unknown number saying we ordered a collar from this place but got yours instead & offered to ship it to me (and they did). I notified the company of the text asking what was going on, they replied they didn't know anything about it & sent me a tracking # saying my order was on the way (the tracking number to this day still says USPS waiting to receive the package.) They warned me that I shouldn't send my info to an unknown number which was pretty classic considering they are the ones who sent my order with MY phone number on the collars to someone other than me. Thankfully the kindhearted person who text me did send the order to me. I've heard this company has changed owners, it's too bad because they used to be a good company. Unfortunately, not anymore. The only positive I can say is they were quick to respond to my emails although it didn't resolve anything. I do not recommend this company at all.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I emailed a total of 4 times before I got a response about my order which took 13 days to ship. The Shipping page says 2-3 days. I thought maybe they went out of business, so I on my fourth email I did advise that I would have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did I get a response and my order finally shipped. I asked if I would get expedited shipping, ignored. They just sent me my tracking for a second time. I also asked how long the actual shipping time it would take, ignored. I sent a follow up email, no response. I ordered a Halloween belt, as I do love the belts! I have ordered a few from other places like SmartPak and Dover over the years. Now my belt won't be here until the 17th...that's more than halfway through the season. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of care and almost want to send back for a refund. Whatever is going on, I hope they can get to the bottom of it, because I won't order direct ever again.
