My son raved about your product. I ordered 5 different for my husband. He says the briefs are great in the front, but ride up the butt and the other three boxer style are too tight on his thighs. Fortunately, my son took those three. The concept is great, but we will not be repeat customers.

The material is very good and confortable. But the pocket to put the packer is to small ( I use a really small packer too). The packer keeps moving and falling. It's not confortable at all. So I hope you guys could put a bigger pocket.

I place a large order every Black Friday to make use of your deals. There were many substitutions that were required once I ordered and the only apology you offered was a discount to be used within a week or two. Very disappointed with your customer service.

Company makes a good product, but can’t seem to ship product in a reasonably fast pace. Sent an update that items had shipped, it was 48 hours later that they actually went out and wouldn’t arrive for well over another week.

fantastic boxers

Ordered one pair to see if I liked them. They were great. Ordered 8 pair of blk/black weekday trunks. Order went through. One day later I was told that they were out of stock. I ordered 8 pair in colors that I really didn’t want but I like the fit. That was seven days ago and the order is still unfulfilled. Now I look at the items today and my blk/blk weekday trunks in medium are now available. Go figure! I do like the product but your customer service is lacking. Don Melhado

Sad that a company with a great product does not value their customers. Had an order and the price changed after checkout. Sent email out right after and was told that there was nothing they can do

Best undies on the market, and it's not even close!

I really like the product. It seems expensive for underwear, but at 45 I grew up getting the 10 packs of fruit of the loom or some such thing. As it turned out, 1 of the items in my order was out of stock. Alex was good to deal with and you guys sent me a generous discount coupon. Guess I'll have to buy some more underwear! Actually I've tried Saxx, Travis Mathews 2undr & I like your product the best. Aaron
