They sent my shirt to the wrong state and still haven’t got back to me.

The quality is really great! Love the fabric! I ordered XS for pants and for sweatshirt. XS pants looks like they size L for me. You can fit 2 people there. Too baggy. I was waiting for the pants almost a month. Looks like I was able to return the pants but I can’t return the top ( which came first a month ago). I wanted a set. But now I only have the top that I can’t return. Disappointed

My package got stolen and I never received a refund.

I sent an email about 2 weeks ago about the shirt not being as described and I have not got a response back. It’s been more than 24-48 since I sent my first email. Since I isn’t get a response back I send another a week after and now its been a week since and still nothing. Please respond to my emails.

Terrible customer service. Letters came out wonky on the tank top too.

I love the top. The asymmetrical straps are so unique, and the structure of the tank top feels so supportive!! I am always reaching for it, since receiving it.

The tank is cute, but the service is bad. The name and company change has been disappointing, as with this particular item, I waited over three weeks with no communication or update on my order. It wasn’t until I emailed a complaint, because I was getting new promos for the same piece, that they sent a shipping confirmation. No reply to my direct email, just a standard shipping email with no rush or explanation. This item was specifically meant for the World Cup, but instead of putting out the product line early to account for delayed shipping times, the drop happened right as the series started and the rush ended up in delays and voids of communication

I still haven’t received this item. I paid for 2 days expedited shipping and nothing. I followed up after almost a month. I even requested a cancel with a refund and they’ve made it extremely difficult to have this be rectified

The top is really cute and I was so excited to receive it but the stitching is so bad, The México letters at the front are literally falling apart, I really wanted to love this top but paying over $100 for it and seeing how badly stitched it is, is extremely disappointing

worst customer service. essentially stole $160 dollars
