I need a refund

I received the product within a week after ordering. Communication with tracking and delivery was updated through email. I understand there is a 90-day money back guarantee. I don’t know how to go about obtaining a refund.

You have a good product at a good price. My only issue is that whatever service you use to ship left my package in the hall where it could have been stolen instead of leaving a notice. I have had numerous packages go missing so that makes me hesitant to order again unless I can be told what day it's coming. It just so happens that I received word after the fact and I was able to ask someone in the building to grab it before it was stolen. That's my only issue.
