Definitely helps with the pain. I have a lot of pain with periods in both the front and back and the back. It works well to take the edge off enough for me to function. One thing I wasn’t quite expecting is when you turn it up you feel kind of like vibration in the targeted area. If you turn it up enough you can see twitches so be careful with that. I keep it on low just to take the edge off without feeling the weird sensation.

Livia has made it so I am no longer taking any motrin when I have my cycle. Motrin was damaging my stomach lining and I was taking way too much just in order to function. Livia has really helped me come off of that and remain functional. I would highly recommend this to anyone that isn’t sure but would like to come off chemical assistance. Livia truly changed my life.

I suffer from irregular periods and fibroids which give me intense pelvic pain and cramps. This device has given me so much relief that I don’t think I could live without it. My only con I have with this is with the design of the electrode pads because the sharp edges of the points dig into my skin and irritate areas where they are placed. However, the relief this device gives overrules all my qualms with the electrodes but I do hope Livia creates new shapes and sizes in the future. I think a long oval shape would be great or just make the edges less sharp for customers that may be plus size.

This little livia gadget is pretty great but it doesn’t help me when I have major cramps like birthing contraction type of pain. Asweome to travel with

Life changing love it worth every penny

I struggle so much during my periods and normally use icy hot patches with lidocaine because they are the only thing that even touches the pain. Wow! This is life changing

I can't recommend this device enough. I have endometriosis and my periods were agony. I couldn't function. Getting livia was a last ditch effort for some pain relief and it helped me SO much. I was able to function in my daily life and it was a godsend before I was able to get the surgery. Thank you to everyone at Livia for this. I used my Livia for the first time this cycle and I can definitely say it helped. My pain has been more intense for the last few months and it got so bad that my husband was looking at remedies. I like the concept and with a few tweaks, it could be awesome. First, the cord is not long enough. I tried to keep the device close to the pads because the electrode cords aren’t long. Second, the clip is horrible. It doesn’t stay clipped and I ended up just having to put it in my pocket, which is challenging because the cord is short. Overall, it’s a helpful device. It’s definitely helping to decrease my pain.

This has helped my cramps so much, I take less Advil and have so much relief!
