Actually like it. Was worried about taste but it isn’t bad.

I used the GAP pills as well as the body healer. My Blood pressure was unstable on meds. The GAP actually lowered my numbers a few points. Also i had issues with frequent urination and my ability to hold it. This also made my urgency more normal, instead of always being a full blown emergency. This was the first try so I'm going to continue and document my future numbers.
