Very responsive and also helpful with the entire process. Was given an estimated delivery time and arrived during that time. The cat was not stressed at all and felt right at home when it arrived.

My fiancee and I had been searching for a particular cat for months, scouring countless Facebook pages and website and following up only to find that most never replied or, if they did, couldn't help in our search. Then we found MyFelidae and met Marina. We'd never heard of a "cat matchmaker" before, either, so were a bit skeptical despite her professionalism and friendliness. But she was helpful from the very first call and found Candy for us within a week. She sent photos and videos of the cat and worked with our schedule for an in person video at her place. When we went to meet Candy, we were even more reassured to see Marina was a real person and very kind. She took us into her spotless living room which was filled with her own four cats who were all calm, well groomed and clearly content. She had Candy, a British Longhair, and another male cat that was available. All six were coexisting well which spoke volumes to us about Marina's ability with cats and finding ones ready for a home. We came back a week later to formally adopt Candy (she came with her own cat passport!) and Marina has continued to follow up and make sure the transition has been smooth. Marina is a consummate professional and we absolutely would recommend her and MyFelidae if you're looking for a new feline friend!

Marina and her husband went above and beyond to help us with Markus when we adopted him. We are first time pet owners and they were super nice in helping us. Very informative. After a couple of days in receiving Markus, he got a respiratory infection. As a first time pet owner, we had no clue what to do. We were worried as Markus stopped eating and drinking. But rest assure Marina and her husband were there to help us out and to guide us on how to take care of him. They actually came to our house to show us how to feed him through a syringe and take care of him. Which my family and I are very grateful for. After a week of being sick, Markus was back to his normal self. All thanks to Marina and her husband. Exceptional service and we recommend Marina for anyone who wants to adopt a cat. She really cares about her customers and cats. We love Markus, he is now part of our family.

Marina is an absolute angel, or shall I say my fairy cat mother. After months of research, I finally found someone that felt like they truly cared about their fur babies well being and made sure that they were placed with the right family. She went above and beyond to stay in constant communication with me, updating me with photos and videos. When the day finally came, she delivered Tristan right to me and was so warm and lovely. Gave thorough details on how to go about the next few weeks to ensure he adjusts to his new home. She’s been following up daily to check in on his progress which goes to show how much she cares.
