I cancelled my order after waiting 23 days for ANY information about my grinder and filed a dispute with my credit card company, since I had already been charged. I cancelled the order very specifically in an email. Blake at My Espresso Shop flat out lied to CitBank claiming the order shipped the day after I placed the order. Now I've been forced to send the email chain to the credit card company so they can see that Blake plainly lied about shipping out the order. STAY AWAY!

Do not trust this company. I ordered a very expensive commercial espresso grinder from them. Weeks later, I hadn't heard anything from them or received a shipping confirmation, so I wrote them an email and tried to call (went straight to voicemail and it was obviously just someone's personal cell phone). I did speak with someone after the 5th call who said he had no control over shipping because it was coming from a drop ship company (that's a pretty suspect way of running a business?). After many unanswered emails requesting shipping confirmation, then requesting to cancel the order, I was forced to issue a stop payment through my bank. I still haven't heard a single word back from this company, which possibly doesn't exist. They will just take your money. Buyer beware.

They NEVER answer the phone or respond to any voicemails, or emails. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered and i have not received any tracking information. I want my money back! On three different days i called 50 times nonstop. And still no answer! For the amount of money one spends you would think they would respond to messages! I don't understand how they are 5 star reviews! Just give me my money!!!

I had an issue with the sale and an email later, I had a personalized solution. A few days later my item showed up as promised.

I loved shopping on the My Espresso Shop website. I had LOTS of questions about coffee and coffee gear, and their huge selection of helpful videos gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They shipped my grinder quickly, and Fedex had it to me in two days, wow. By the way, I really like the Baratza Virtuoso grinder, just perfect for my needs, thanks. I was skeptical as to whether I would be able to taste a difference between coffee ground with my old blade grinder and the new Baratza burr grinder, but it was like night and day. Now I brew a perfect cup of coffee every time. Happy trails : )
