Product was good. The delivery service was absolutely terrible. I ordered express delivery and it didn’t come within the expected delivery time. The delivery team were complicated and I had to contact their customer service team which took hours. I’m not disappointed in the product, but I’m absolutely furious about the delivery process and the fact I paid extra for express delivery when it came later than it was supposed to, and the hassles I had with the delivery team.
