First missing item, second missing refund for the missing item. Later after i submit a dispute for the missing item, the missing refund suddenly shows up after ~20 days? Now i need to waste even more time to cancel the dispute. What a waste of time.

The masks do not get hot enough. And the mask does not rest close enough on my eyes because the ear loops are too big for me

I have used these off and on for several years. They work well for both migraines and dry eyes. Single ise seems a bit indulgent but sometimes it’s okay to indulge.
