The Rest Eye Mask really helped my dry eyes symptom. I tried hot wet towels but it was messy, and I tried the mask that needs to be heated in the microwave which isn’t always available. I travel quite a bit now and these masks are quite convenient. I highly recommend trying them.

These disposable warm compresses are perfect for traveling and keeping at work. I struggle with styes and used stress about how to create a warm compress if I got a stye while traveling. Now I don't have to! They get nice and warm and work really well! In addition this company has exceptional customer service: My order had gotten lost in the mail and the company refunded me with no problem. I ended up receiving the order and contacted them, offering to pay them back but they said it was not necessary and let me keep the product. THAT is great customer service.

The masks do not get hot enough. And the mask does not rest close enough on my eyes because the ear loops are too big for me

I have used these off and on for several years. They work well for both migraines and dry eyes. Single ise seems a bit indulgent but sometimes it’s okay to indulge.
