Chilitos is super delicious. Shipping is good and products are always fresh! Each time I order, I pick something new. So far, my favorites are the dried mangoes in chamoy and the peach rings!! Truly addictive!

I placed an order for some reason it got sent back, I had to write them several times for a refund. They say they can resend but it gets sent back again they won’t give a refund or nothing. Rude customer service.

Ordered on 03/16. . . emailed them on 03/23 because no one notified me of anything besided "shipping label was created". Sent them an IG message too - and supposedly they're working on a full refund as I requested. I might have to request for a credit from my bank instead. Not getting the item, plus shipping costs being a rip. . . I recommend just getting your fix from a local shop/gas station/etc. Super annoyed.
