Your order is a subscription! They make it very difficult and time consuming to end your subscription. I reached out to the company via phone and email. They were no help at all. They did not offer to cancel or stop the shipment that had not yet shipped, and shipped it 4 days later. The product is fine. I prefer Lume and will go back to Lume once I've finished my 8 sticks of Carpe, sometime in 2026!

I have had great experiences with Carpe, consistently. Your products have been life changing. I need to complain about your deodorant packaging though. It can be difficult to advance and then the products advances passively between uses, making it so there’s too much product to use the applicator and then I have to use my fingers. I also wish I could see how much is left.
