i have ordered from this company since 2018 and the customer service has deteriorated l. I was sent the wrong item and the company refuses to correct the order or provide a refund. I ordered Melan- in serum and was sent body oil. Company agreed to correct order then rescinded offer the next day offering a coupon for future orders. Terrible service and policies.

I love the products from this company, but the wait time to receive products is very long where I have run out of products and have to use over the counter which interrupts my skincare routine. Also, someone is not at the location all of the time during business hours which resulted in me spending two hours to travel to the store twice when I was in Houston visiting. Products are amazing for my skin which is why I continue to use them, but delivery time and staffing during business hours has been an issue.
