Ordered a batch of custom made stubby holders for a special event. Paid express shipping which is said to be between 2-4 business days . Got no updates for a week and didn’t hear anything back by 5 business days so sent an email out and got a response pretty quickly to try fix the situation. Got the stubby holders sent out a day later and a few days later they arrived literally 2 hours before my event . Was very happy with the product just not happy paying express and getting the products 8 business days later . Pretty sure our order was forgotten but overall good products. advice would be to email earlier if there’s no updates sent out.

The licture on the stubby cooler I ordered looks very faded and the writting is very faint, all up considering I paid nearly $40 just for 1 cooler I am extremely disappointed with the product, a photo of the cooler shows it as beinging a great cooler but in person it is very faded and hard to see writting which should have been black anyway so it was readable!!
