The replacement case is working great.

I bought a MyBat Pro Maverick iPhone case in September of 2018. I’ve used it hiking, off-road motorcycling, teaching, and everything else, every day for 7 years. It’s still wrapped around my iPhone as I write this review. While ordering a new case for an iPhone 16, I made a mistake on the order. MyBat customer service resolved my mistake quicker than I could figure out what I did. If Apple made iPhones as good as MyBat makes cases I’d never need to buy a new one!

The claim process was not intuitive but after some difficulty I was able to make a claim for a cracked iPhone screen protector. I could not see clearly that the claim would be satisfied but in the end it was. The replacement protector is not the same as the original. It has a blue hue instead of the original crystal and a slight waviness instead of the smooth surface. 2 replacements were sent, that is a bonus. So overall, the experience was minimally acceptable.
