The service of their office personnel is, I must say, indeed impeccable. When I pointed out their shortcomings regarding my pre-order of Kuvings Juicer model 830, they readily admitted their oversight and immediately took necessary action to rectify the problem. Thanks to Ms Tracey at the HQ office in Puchong who took every effort to deal with my problems and did a follow up with me a few days later. By the way, I still hope to purchase a "COARSE STRAINER" which is an optional accessory for model 830, but it appears that it is not available for the Malaysian market.
