I have to admit I was pretty skeptical that this product would work. I’ve been burned so many times in the past with refillable capsule kits. I even shoved paper towels inside of my Nespresso machine capsule receptor in anticipation of spillage. It’s been a week and not a drop of coffee using my caps has spilled at all 10 out of 10 no Notes I need to buy a few more!

The concept is great and I love not spending $15 every week for coffee pods. The only issue I'm having is that they are always spilling over. I find a quarter to a third of my coffee has leaked out into the capsule catch in my Vertuo Next. I seal the lids best I can, but it keeps happening.

I have been using My-Cap for several years now. I really appreciate being able to brew my own coffee with the foil covers. The last order I had was a little off- which was unusual. Most all of the stickers were not very sticky, they were difficult to keep attached to the pods before or during brewing. The "My-Cap" print on them was also faded, which is not of any concern, except that it happened to be on each sticker from that defective group which shows that something went wrong in the manufacturing. I contacted My-Cap to make sure they were aware, even though I was not asking for a refund since I had already opened the package. The only response I received was that they were on vacation and then I never heard anything more. Disappointed in that purchase but will continue to buy unless it happens again.

My-Cap makes using my Nespresso affordable. The foils are easy to use and make less waste.

Love the My Cap system with the paper filters and silicone adapter. Coffee tastes great. After a few coffees, you quickly figure out how much coffee needed.

I ordered the wrong cap and have reached out 3 separate times to ask for a return/refund and no response. Instead I get this message asking for a review. So here it is - the website says 30 days for a return/refund but how many days until you answer me about it?

Still working with product. Not totally comfortable with it yet.
