Not happy no order haze arrived at my House?

Excellent customer service. They were easy to contact and very responsive. They followed up on things promptly and were very concerned about my being satisfied with my purchase. They are a company I envision having a long term relationship with.

Cigar box full of coins. A few in a ziploc bag. Pathetic

Found some very nice S-mint pennies. Shipping time was adequate.

I usually like the orders once I receive them. However the amount of time it takes to prepare the order is very lengthy, plus the extra time it takes to get shipped is somehow always the local shipping companies fault. Other then that, the products are in great condition.
