Order was incorrect, I immediately reached out to the company and they said I could not cancel the order. Send the order back and they refunded the wrong amount. I love the glasses but it wasn’t worth the hassle. Their customer service members were really responsive but did not follow through on my concerns. Very frustrating.

Absolutely love the watch, very stylish and high build quality. I would have preferred to choose a slightly different model with a darker clock face but I wanted the green tactical strap. I would be amazing if you had more of a customized range of straps on your website.

Recently broke my pair of shades, a purchase of a few months. I emailed in to start the process of a return or an exchange thinking this would be a complete hassle. With no questions asked MVMT emailed a shipping label and replaced my shades keeping me updated every step of the way! Best customer service ever!

Package was very cool. Bracelet cuff excellent and classy. It is very sharp on its own or as a stack piece. Shipping was quite good.

Love the watch! The clasps on the metal strap are very hard to close and lack a positive snap when closed all the way. Never quite sure if it will hold. Almost as if the band is too thick for the clasp.
