Shipping and service good, arrived quickly by DHL. Jacket rustled continuously and was returned, as it was annoying to wear.

Difficult to use website at first,kept saying it didn't recognise my email address or password,though have been a previous customer. Muddled through somehow & delivery was quick & efficient.
