Musto service was excellent. I had to return a couple of items and received my refund swiftly. The only quibble on that is that I didn’t receive any confirmation from Musto regarding their receipt of my return or the issue of my refund. Instead, I had to keep checking the tracking information from the Post Office. Most companies provide customers with updates.
