I have only tried one so far and it did not bother my GI tract like a lot of the protein bars do. I like the fact that there is not a lot of sugar in the bar. Also, I see no sucralose nor erythritol. I am glad to see that. I will be buying more!

I love both flavors. They are great for my eating style (5 times a day) I eat 1 bar with a Chomps turkey stick and it yields 26 grams of protein and totals 310 calories.
