Only negative is handling charge on returns. I get it, but many suppliers do free returns. The return in this case is due to unforeseen circumstances, but I was worried about the handling fee to begin with, and then ended up getting stung on original shipping charge and the return handling fee. I am unlikely to order from you again as a result.
