I use Muscle MX on nearly any and all sore or aching muscles and joints. Slap some on before bedtime and viola, all better come morning. Added bonus, the smell is great and almost works like vapor rub if you're like me and are regularly congested. Haha. Needless to say I recommend it to all of my clients after training.
