Overall a pretty good pre-workout. Really gave me that extra boost during my workout.

Absolutely love this! I have tried so many other brands bit this is my favorite. I feel great, have energy and appetite control. Best part is I don't get shaky! I have already lost a pound in a week!

If you plan to hit a quick workout before going to work; do not take Defiant. I love this stuff but you should only take it when you are seriously ready to hit it long and hard.

Tried defiant unleashed for the first time about a month ago after looking and trying multiple others. Defiant unleashed is hands down the best Pre-workout I've had in years.

Found this product after seeing a YouTuber review this supplement and was surprised no one else had tried it yet. Ordered a few samples and was blown away at the energy an focus. Most days I work anywhere from 8-11 hours, 6 days a week and this keeps me performing at the highest levels. Delivering mail may seem easy, but walking 20+ miles everyday wears you out.
