This is my first and last watch from MSTR. Got the Honda S2000 Nurburgring Blue watch. Fresh out of the box the bottom of the e in "Tue" is missing and there is a small scratch under the crystal. Not worth $250.

This is now my 6th MSTR watch. Each and every one of them receive nothing but compliments when they’re on my wrist. I have another in my cart as I’m writing this review!!

For the first time I receive a bad quality control watch from MSTR watches.

After buying several Meister watches in the past, and always being happy about the purchases, I decided to go with one of their automatic models. I can say that the watch looks amazing, it wears nicely and works as advertised. Couldn't be happier with the look as I get complimented all the time. Even came with a tool to adjust the wrist band. Definitely won't be the last Meister watch I will buy.

I recieved the wrong watch how do I go about sending this one back and getting the correct one

Awesome service on a shipment that didn’t come previously. And the band itself is quality. A little sad it didn’t come with the buckle but all good otherwise.

MSTR is easily my favorite Watch brand. Their designs are simple and clean, not too heavy, and colorways to match everything!

The watches themselves are stunning piece. This order was my 7th and 8th I have bought. The craftsmanship and quality is above and beyond. The cost is worth every penny. BUT, I bought a watch for my son’s graduation and I was shipped a ladies watch. When I called to let them know of the error, it was immediately taken care of, but I had to wait 2 weeks to receive it. Why not send it overnight? You made the error. If I pay $700 for watches and you send me the wrong one, make it right by spending the $20 to overnight it. What a shame. Will be my last purchases.
