I was absolutely delighted to discover a store that still sells Henry Blooms silica. These days, the shops are overflowing with all kinds of modern concoctions but good old, pure supplements are quietly disappearing from the shelves. This item is one of the very best I have tried and through further research I have discovered just how important it is. I love it, feel its positive impact and will buy some more soon. Gotta love Mr Vitamins!

Unfortunately despite my requesting that the parcel be left at the front door on the porch those instructions were ignored and the parcel was taken to the Australia Post DC so had to be collected from there. That was disappointing.
