My supply has gone up after 1 chocolate lactation treat. They are delicious and the perfect treat for all your hard work taking care of your baby and giving your baby liquid gold. I love these treats, they increased my supply from 4-6 ounces to 9-10 ounces in one pump session (early morning session).

Loved the tea and cookies fudge was ok in taste but all wired well for production of milk which is the main goal. Thank you it’s a really good concept will buy more and recommend and gift.

I read all the reviews and had very high hopes that these products would help with my low milk supply. I ordered two boxes of the lactation bars and a bag of the lactation cookies. I ate two cookies a day until they were gone (lasted about a week) along with one bar a day. After about 3 weeks of eating these products (which, sincerely, do taste very good), I haven’t seen a dramatic increase in my supply at all. I tried pumping a lot more as well, but that didn’t seem to help. I’m very disappointed that I spent all this money on a product that had nothing but 5-star reviews. I was also very disappointed to see that the bars contain sulfites. This ingredient was not listed on the website, only on the actual box. If I knew they had sulfites, I would not have purchased the bars. I am truly surprised that these bars and cookies did not help as I was convinced they’d be a game changer. Thus, I would not recommend.
