I recently visited Mr. Big and Tall to find some clothes for myself and I was completely blown away by the service. The store itself was clean, beautifully organized, and had a fantastic atmosphere. What really made the experience stand out was Ken. Ken went completely above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, patiently answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It is so rare to find this level of genuine customer care these days! The checkout process was quick, and the quality of the items are outstanding. I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend stopping by this location! And don't forget to ask for Ken!!!

This is the long and short of it for Mr. Big and Tall . Ordered several items at once, when I received the order one of the items was not correct ,got in touch with their customer service, they were SUPER in correcting the mistake. They went out of their way to correct the mistake. So many companies after service is awful. Mr Big and Tall corrected the error. Very pleased with their service.
