I just purchased a Tri Fold mens wallet, and after receiving it I made a comment about the personalization and thought it wasn't correct, after talking with customer service and receiving a quick response I still felt uncomfortable about the purchase. Customer service asked for a picture and I submitted it, they felt confident about their procedure, but offered to refund the personalization unconditionally. I really wanted the personalization that I purchased. Mr. Lentz really went above and beyond trying to satisfy me. They offered to return the wallet and make a new one, or refund the personalization and let me keep the wallet, or what would make you happy Mr. Stine? I'm stubborn, took it to a leather maker in Olympia Washington. A master leather craftsman looked at the wallet, and he said " I had a high quality leather product" and that the personalization was Branded as they stated". I feel terrible about all my communications with Mr. Lentz, and feel they still went above and beyond to satisfy a customer that insisted they were incorrect. my apologies. R L Stine

True life long products of the old world. I've had the thin wallet for several years; it's aged beautifully and shows absolutely zero signs of 'wearing down'. Recently purchased one for my brother and he loved it minimal rugged style. Thank you so much and you have a customer for life (though I don't expect needing another one for myself in this life! )
