The watch is beautiful. However it did not work. I had already ordered an additional watch which I had not yet received so wanted to wait and see if it was not working too, thinking the battery may be dead. It was working. So I reached out to Movado’s customer service and they were awesome. They are having me return the watch supplying me with a return label. It was just one of those things. I will continue to purchase their beautiful watches!

Wife probably would have loved the necklace, someone at FedEx seemed to enough to take it anyways. Can’t reorder since it’s out of stock so I had to settle for a different necklace that was “comparable” but definitely not as desirable. I will say however the Staff was excellent that handled my issue at Movado, definitely will order from them again in the future.

Beautiful watches however scrolling through the watches and selecting going to next page, it lands at the beginning of the list and not where I was at the end of the page. Also, for unisex watches, the site should state this or even better, provide a women’s watch band length since the unisex band is quite long for a women’s wrist. Thank you!

Hello, I bought this bracelet for my daughter for her upcoming wedding. The quality was very disappointing especially for the high price of $417. 00. It did not feel like sterling silver in weight and the 14k gold covering was very brassy looking. Also, the clasp was very tiny compared to the photos. I have returned for a refund but have not yet received it.

No one will respond. I bought it online and filled in the info it said 24 hrs someone would reach out it’s been days.

The reason for a 2 star is I can’t find anyone to size it for me so sadly I’ll have to return it.

Watch is fine but it does not look as nice in person as it does on your website. The only reason that I am keeping it is because it was on sale. Otherwise I would be returning it.

Received my husbands Christmas gift: a BOLD watch. Doesn’t work. He wore it out on Christmas Day and the time didn’t move. Have emailed customer service and haven’t heard back. This is the second movado watch that wasn’t working properly. The first needed to be sent away and was a huge hassle to get it fixed. Movado doesn’t make the watch properly and then the customer has to do the leg work to rectify the issue. Won’t be buying again.

It’s disappointing

Purchased two movado watches online from their canadian website. These two individual purchases were very satisfactory . . . . Movado honoured discounts and watches were delivered within a few days by recognised carrier.
