I really appreciated the customer service provided when my first order of "Straight" jeans were much too baggy for me. For some reason, the website wouldn't let me return and reorder, but customer support held my hands and executed the process for me. For some weird reason, I hate to return items, but they made it extremely easy. I do wish that they offered odd-sized waists and inseams.
