The shop app had my my old address and I didn’t confirm before pressing order. I emailed and received a very prompt email letting me know that they changed the address and received in a few short days. The customer service is spectacular.

Excellent coffee; rich with some berry flavors. A medium to dark roast; richer than similar natural process beans that are medium or light roast. Had a problem with initial order and delayed shipment (problem with delivery not Mostra). Mostra resolved this and quickly sent a new shipment.

Mostra gets a solid 5-stars because the coffee is absolutely excellent and the service is definitely 1st-rate in my book. I loved that you tried to serve food so I'm giving the umami bowl (that's what i'm calling it) and the longanisa breakfast sandwich (Sorrento Valley) and A+ in flavor and execution. I absolutely LOVE and APPRECIATE your staff because they are ballers as baristas and know how to handle huge crowds and grumpy customers. Where'd you find them because they are all so very hard working!!!
