The GTR Ultra 3’s are fantastic, but you really need to NOT advertise USPS priority as 2-3 day shipping. It took 13 days from the time I received my tracking number to receive it. I paid $16 for nothing, and that is quite frustrating. I see the disclaimer that was put in a separate section under your shipping policies about it taking 2-3 times longer, and how you won’t refund due to their poor service, but - it’s also poor service on your part to advertise it as 2-3 days when a customer is checking out, yet tuck the disclaimer away in a separate section altogether.

The customer service rep gave me two options for my upgraded headlight bulbs and I chose the GTR Ultra 3 H11 bulbs . This is my second purchase from Headlight Revolution and it will not be my last .
