I was sent a wire extension instead of the warning chime I ordered. I submitted 3 return requests with no response. I called the phone number listed on the website and got an email full message then it disconnected. Zero costumer service. Zero return service. Zero response.

Sent me a wire extension instead of the chime that was shown in the picture. Didn't respond to my 2 return requests. Their contact phone number goes to a "voicemail is full" message, then hangs up. I got charged $37 for a wire that is 3 inches long that I can't use and I can't return it.

This was my last hope to get my Bluetooth working in my 2013 Jeep. Thankfully partly was able to find and entertainment module for the model vehicle I needed.

The running boards were an easy installation

Exact match replacement. Very easy to install as well.

There were no fasteners included with the door panels. I could not find the fasteners anywhere on the website. I had to go to Home Depot and figure something out. The door panels are fine but overly expensive for what they are. And shipping was ridiculously expensive as well.

I have ordered several parts from mopar and the parts are correct and come quickly

I sent a question last week asking why the part number on my order was different from the part number on the part I received and why was the package was open. I have yet to receive a reply 🤷‍♂️
