I ordered carpet floor mats for our Jeep Overland. Mopar asked for our VIN to ensure we choose the correct mats. I appreciated the due diligance!

Had to file a claim with PayPal they wont answer the phone and they wont reply to emails the Selt belt assembly came open and its locked

When I ordered the part I did not enter the VIN and they emailed to confirm it before it would be fulfilled. And when it wasn’t the right part they gave me the right info and I really appreciated that!

I order the mudfaps they came with no tools to remove to the push pins like described. I have the pop robots with the packing but no, tools to use them as described.

The parts arrived quickly.

Did not receive my part payed $17. 00 to ship it the quickest way waste of money it’s sitting at ups since April. 8 at Middletown pa. They said you have to call them to see what happened they will not do any thing until you call them
