I needed rear brakes for my 2022 Pacifica. I ordered from 2 different online sites, one of which sold Mopar parts. Even putting in the required information both sets came in wrong. I ordered from Mopar directly and they were able to send me the proper part by vin checking my car. They came in pretty fast too. I’ve ordered other parts from them before and they’ve always come in correct.

The process was good until the part arrived and it was broken. A pieces of the plastic edge of the mirror that I ordered appeared to break on shipping. It was packed so poorly that it was not surprising that it broke.

Great experience but the protective packing could have been better and the piece wouldn't have broke. Fortunately, the fracture was not critical to the function of the piece.

I initially ordered the wrong part, but Ken Cohen from MOPAR was incredibly helpful and got everything sorted out for me. He replaced my order with the correct item and worked with me on delivery dates since I’m in between addresses due to a military move. The product arrived right on time before a long road trip, and the service was truly superb. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Items were poorly packed and the box and parts both arrived damaged. The parts were significantly damaged. What were supposed to be new parts arrived looking like used parts. Can’t get a reply from customer service. Would not recommend MoparSupply. com

The shipping box had holes in it which exposed my pricey parts to the elements and loss. Fortunately the damage to the part was inconsequential. Next time, maybe not.

My part arrived too late. I reached out to customer service, and they were happy to help me with the return process. This level of customer service is fantastic, and I plan to purchase additional parts in the future.
