I ordered a specific part number you charge me for it then you told me I ordered the wrong part for my truck. So there's been a big delay in getting my part and I'm quite disappointed. I had an appointment with my dealership to get some work done and I needed this part installed so I could get my recall done.

I returned the part for a refund that was not even taken out of the box. I mailed it back, tracking shows it was delivered but I have not heard about receipt of the part and my refund. The guy Ken Cohen is trying to give me only half of the refund due and refuses to respond to my emails. I cannot get anyone to answer the calls or return my calls. Time to get my lawyer.

i was sent a wrong and incorrect part which was refused when delivered. this is pretty much a parts salesman that gets a good discount on parts or works for a dealership that drop ships items to you so even though i never took delivery of it for 4 straight weeks i was ignored both through 800- number and email until this individual ensured he got refund from dodge before even addressing my issue. dont purchase from this company since its a scam and not a reputable source as professional looking official website suggests.

I didn’t get a part that fit even with the vin being provided. It seemed to be an issue with my car as a whole so I needed to make a return. Return was cut and dry and was fine. HOWEVER I didn’t get the help I needed. After sending a photo of the inside of the broken part displaying the MOPAR logo and the part number I was told the part number didn’t exist…. When I asked further I received no further replies. When I emailed separately from the return to start a new email chain that email was ignored.
