Everything I ordered came on time and was what I ordered

I purchased a new 2024 Jeep GC in CT. Dealer could not find or get a retractable cargo area cover. Said it was N/A and the old one would not fit. I couldn't believe that. Went online, landed here. Not only did they have it in stock (!) but Jose went above and beyond. He called me to make sure of the model and confirm it would fit. Wanted to make sure I knew it was black and not beige like my interior (which is correct). Then followed back with the price and, get this - instead of the $367 i was quoted, it came to me and then I see the invoice for $150. Wow. And THEN he followed back to make sure it fit and all was good. Best customer service experience I have had with a dealership. And will ask them before I get another Jeep for sure.
