YES, SHIPPING KIND OF EXPENSIVE

I purchased this set in the past and loved it. However, with my most recent purchase, the roller ball mechanism would not work. I spoke with a representative and was told to remove the ball insert and then reapply into the bottle and this should work. I followed the instructions but in the process, the bottle spilled and I lost some of the product. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved for future sells of this set.
