Received my new charger and it works fine. However, I didn't expect the original charger to stop working after such a short time and little usage

Never received the product. Moon won't provide a refund or re-ship the product for me. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Wish I would have just bought Crest Whitestrips at this point as now I'm out $100 bucks with no product ever received even after contacting their support team.
