It was an easy process to order, and customize my item. It shipped and delivered much quicker than I expected. The only item I wish could have improved on was when it added a complimentary item and I thought i would get it, but it disappeared when the order was placed. Customer service explained why, but when it said I would get it, I was excited. Then disappointed soon after. However, my wife loved the item she received and that is what mattered most.
