Unfortunately the rim was damaged when being shipped. The box may have dropped hard at some point through shipping but I didn’t notice any damage on the outside of the box. Monza was fast with communication and worked with me to make sure everything was handled and I was satisfied.

Only complaint I have is nothing to do with the customer service or the purchase itself, but the delivery was quite a bit late. Ordered it back in October and received it two months after the delivery date. .
