We were going to do a small shutter project. I was so very impressed with the Monument Shutter Co. website I knew it would be a good investment to order the Sample and Color Pack (investment being a huge overstatement). We received the pack and were simply astounded at the quality of the samples of materials and the amazing selection of color options. If choices are what you need or you are not quite sure what to expect, you will be dazzled at all the options and colors. Since its arrival we have shared this package with several neighbors and friends, each of whom was as pleased as we were at the samples and quality of products offered. I also am very impressed the customer has the opportunity to return the entire package back to Monument Shutter, post-paid, to keep these samples from being discarded in a landfill at completion of a project. Company stewardship is extremely important to my family and we always have great respect for quality business practices, such as this. We discovered our windows would look tacky if we installed these gorgeous shutters around them. Consequently we are ordering new, attractive windows and will be ordering the shutters we have chosen when the windows are updated. Until then, I simply had to express our excitement in discovering Monument Shutter. I had the pleasure of contacting Monument's Customer Service staff and was truly overwhelmed at the courtesy, professionalism and true caring. Having the opportunity to make a positive comment about a company's customer service is not an occasion I encounter often. Therefore, I have to say again, Monument is a company operated with great policies and standards of quality, and also a dedicated commitment to customers seldom seen in today's online market. I can hardly wait to post photos of our finished project (probably about summer of 2023 - if all goes well!)
