Using MONIN for years and never had a problem but the last 2 times I tried to order all the products I wanted were sold out. Then a week and a half later I placed an order and a week later I received an email that my pumpkin syrup was out of stock even though when I ordered it it was in stock.

I was super excited to get this sauce, but the bottle I received (not sure if they are all like this) was grainy and runny at the same time. It doesn’t have a natural caramel flavor, seems artificial. Glad I didn’t get the large bottle. Love Monin products generally and shipping was great.
