Received a damaged bottle and they replaced it without any problems. My only request-more sugar free or zero sugar flavors. I’d love to try pistachio, tiramisu, toasted marshmallow, yuzu snd many more if I could. Unfortunately I end up ordering other brands instead, but if Monin made it I would order from them.

Yes, I’ve ordered the same products on Amazon. They come in plastic bottles and arrive somewhat intact. When I order from MONIN, I receive my order in glass bottles that are exquisitely packed and arrive faster than expected…in perfect condition.

I greatly enjoy most of the products I have gotten from them. Even the Natural Zero products. They have almost every flavor I can think of wanting. I've gotten syrups shipped to me for the past few years and I rarely have had an issue with them.

Love the syrups that you sell and enjoy them in my coffee. It was hard to understand that shipping 2 bottles of syrup would cost as much as the syrup. That would only be my only complaint.

We choose Mining because the use cane sugar, no preservatives (non-sugar-free), and taste so delicious. They offer a great variety of flavors for coffee, Italian sodas, and other mixes. You cannot go wrong with Monin! Customer service is also very good!!
