Tricky ordering from the states with my bank Glitches but I’m getting it fixed. I’ve emailed monatomic orme many times without a response. I’ve called many many times and never got a response. I’m not deterred as I know they are busy. I know they are great people doing their best. Sometimes these things happen. Love who they are and their products are simply The Best!! Peace to All!!

I’ve never received anything from you. Please figure out what is wrong with my orders.

It’s really hard to write a review when you can’t get your order. It’s been almost a month. I am trying to get somebody to respond from customer service and can’t say that’s great either.

The product itself looks promising and very healthy. However. It did not ship to the proper address and I sent multiple messages on the email list to the administrators in the company as well as trying multiple times to call and leave messages. But no one got back to me. The package shipped to my old address and I forgot to update it. However, this should be a small hiccup that should be easily changeable on the website. And the fact that this has still not been resolved shows significant defaults in their product shipping. And customers service resources.
