Customer service is excellent. Product on the other hand is not so wonderful at times every fourth carton or so there’s issues with a couple of packs of cigars. So of the packs of cigars will have tears in the cigar, poke holes, even cracks. Also, I’ve noticed recently in my last shipment. Once you tear the gold strip off the pack of cigars the packaging is falling apart then you are forced to put them either in a tin or a case. Not real happy with that.

My experience with Mom's cigars has always worthwhile. These backwood cigars definitely are not what they used to be. It was worth a try but everything else is very very good
