I've noticed a delay in delivering the shipment to the carrier, while your competitors advertise that if you order before 12 PM, it will be delivered to the carrier the same day. This is what actually happens. 4. All the products I ordered come from Jeddah, which significantly delays delivery time. I believe that if the warehouse was in Riyadh, delivery times to the central region would be shorter. 5. The instruction label written in Arabic on the product is of poor quality, and the writing is often blurred. It doesn't reflect the product's identity or price. I think you need a high-quality sticker that reflects the product's value. Good luck.

The order never arrived, and has been returned with no obvious reason. As will as the money has not been returned yet.

It arrived 4 days after the target arrival date at 10:30 pm ! Bad experience.

I absolutely loved the candle! The scent is so rich and intense, it fills the entire house. It’s huge, which is great for long-lasting burn time, but it’s a bit pricey. I know Molton Brown is known for its luxury products, but I think the price is a bit steep for most people, even with discounts.
