Very bad customer support

I ordered four soaps, but one was cancelled by the company and I never received the refund. What should have been a simple issue turned into a two-week ordeal. I contacted customer service multiple times and had to explain the same problem repeatedly to Heba and Tala, only to receive different excuses and timelines, first “5 business days” and then “48 hours. ” Thankfully, the last representative I spoke to, Mohammed, was excellent and resolved everything within the same day. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and unnecessary hassle completely ruined my experience. I wouldn’t order again because of this.
